Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the websites and mobile applications operated by SRALL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, mobile application, or service operated by SRALL LLC or its subsidiaries — including but not limited to en route by hosted/trips (com.thehostingguild.thelineup, getenroute.app), The Hosting Guild, hosted/trips, Home Service Guild, Early Media Group, The Earl of Bricks, and Game Set Brick — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

en route has its own terms at getenroute.app/terms, and hosted/trips has its own terms at hostedtrips.com/terms. Those terms, not these, apply to them, except that Section 10 (Text Messages) also applies to en route’s texts.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided as part of our services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
• Transfer the license to another person or "mirror" our materials on any other server
• Use our services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Our services may allow you to submit, post, or share content such as bookmarks, RSVPs, reviews, or other information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating our services
• Represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our services without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through our services
• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. en route by hosted/trips

en route has its own terms: getenroute.app/terms. They include en route’s community rules and how to report content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are owned by SRALL LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. App Store Terms

If you download or use our mobile applications through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the applicable app store's terms of service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and app store terms, the more restrictive terms apply.

10. Text Messages (SMS) — en route by hosted/trips

Program. en route by hosted/trips (“en route”) is a trip companion app from SRALL, LLC that group-trip hosts give to their guests. en route sends text messages about a trip you are on: schedule changes, meeting points, reminders from your host, and SOS alerts to the trip’s hosts when a guest uses the SOS button. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in. Guests opt in by ticking “Yes, text me urgent trip updates from my host” on their pre-trip form in the app. The box is never pre-ticked, and texting is not required to use the app. Hosts opt in to SOS text alerts by ticking an unticked box, “Yes, call and text me if a guest sends an SOS on this trip,” for their own phone number while signed in. Nobody can sign up someone else’s number for texts. Screenshots of every opt-in screen: getenroute.app/sms.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by trip. Usually a few texts per trip, and only while the trip is on.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. en route does not charge for texts.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP to any text, or email hello@srall.biz.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided through our services is accurate, complete, or current
• Any defects will be corrected

Event listings, venue information, and other content on our platforms are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event details, hours, pricing, or availability. Always verify details directly with venues and event organizers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SRALL LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any content or conduct of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to our services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRALL LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRALL LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
