SRALL LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the websites and mobile applications listed below. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all websites and mobile applications operated by SRALL LLC and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to:
- en route by hosted/trips — Mobile app (com.thehostingguild.thelineup) and web app (getenroute.app), a trip companion that group-trip hosts give to their guests. Formerly called “The Lineup for Group Trips.” Has its own privacy policy: getenroute.app/privacy.
- The Hosting Guild — Website (thehostingguild.com)
- hosted/trips — Website (hostedtrips.com). Has its own privacy policy: hostedtrips.com/privacy.
- Home Service Guild — Website (homeserviceguild.com)
- Early Media Group — Website (earlymediagroup.com)
- The Earl of Bricks — Website (theearlofbricks.com)
- Game Set Brick — Mobile app and website (gamesetbrick.com)
en route by hosted/trips (“en route”) and hosted/trips have their own privacy policies, linked above. Those policies, not this one, apply to them. Section 5 below also describes en route’s text messages.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address when you create an account or subscribe to a newsletter.
- User content: Bookmarks, RSVPs, event preferences, and any content you submit through our platforms.
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us via email or through our services.
Information Collected Automatically
- Push notification tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device token to deliver notifications through Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) via Expo.
- Usage data: Some of our websites may collect general analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and app session information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Send push notifications you have opted into
- Personalize your experience
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Send newsletters and marketing communications (with your consent)
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve our websites
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platforms.
- Expo (Expo Application Services) — App updates (over-the-air), build services, and push notification delivery.
- Apple App Store — Distribution of iOS applications. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
- Google Play Store — Distribution of Android applications. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
en route by hosted/trips sends text messages only to people who ask for them. Guests opt in by ticking “Yes, text me urgent trip updates” on their pre-trip form. The box is never pre-ticked. Hosts opt in to SOS text alerts by ticking an unticked box, “Yes, call and text me if a guest sends an SOS on this trip,” for their own phone number while signed in. Nobody can sign up someone else’s number for texts. Screenshots of every opt-in screen: getenroute.app/sms.
Texts are about the trip only: schedule changes, meeting points, reminders from the host, and SOS alerts. We do not send marketing texts. Texts come from en route by hosted/trips, run by SRALL, LLC. Message frequency varies by trip, and is usually a few texts per trip. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our text-message provider (Twilio) to deliver messages you asked for.
6. en route by hosted/trips
en route has its own privacy policy: getenroute.app/privacy. It explains what en route collects, who can see it, and how to delete it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. For en route, see its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at srall@srall.biz. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.
Data stored on your device by our apps can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All Users
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
